I created a new UHRS account, why am I receiving an error stating that my Account is not authorized when I attempt to log in to the Marketplace?

If you receive “Unauthorized” error while trying to log in to UHRS, please send your new UHRS account information to [email protected] A member of the team will be able to authorize your account.

Assuming your account is already active, some workaround if you encounter this error:

  • Make sure you’re using the Microsoft email indicated in your OneForma My Identities.
  • Delete Cache, Remove cookies before log-in
  • If same error appears, log-in to UHRS using this link: https://prod.uhrs.playmsn.com/marketplace/
