If you receive “Unauthorized†error while trying to log in to UHRS, please send your new UHRS account information to dgs_uhrsprojecttasks@pacteraedge.com. A member of the team will be able to authorize your account.
Assuming your account is already active, some workaround if you encounter this error:

- Make sure you’re using the Microsoft email indicated in your OneForma My Identities.
- Delete Cache, Remove cookies before log-in
- If same error appears, log-in to UHRS using this link: https://prod.uhrs.playmsn.com/marketplace/
