Business Analyst (Serbia) Career

Pactera EDGE, a global provider of technology and digital platform services, is looking Business Analyst as part of a growing pioneering technical team in Serbia.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Consulting with management, stakeholders, clients, and users to determine requirements.
• Developing business cases and mapping business processes.
• Tracking the progress of a project, resolving issues, and providing updates to stakeholders.
• Overseeing the implementation of systems, working closely with technical team members.
• Developing operations performance reports.
• Ensuring the continuous delivery of business information systems solutions that align with strategic goals.
• Run workshops and training sessions
• End user training on new systems and processes.

Skills:

• 8+ Experience in a Business Analyst role
• Degree in Computer Science, Business, or similar field
• Familiarity with software development
• Good knowledge of Agile frameworks
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Capable of prioritizing multiple projects and still meet deadlines
• Azure DevOps
• Knowledgeable on Logistics, Supply Chain Managements systems
