Software Design Engineer (Serbia) Career

Pactera EDGE, a global provider of technology and digital platform services. We are looking for tech professionals to be part of our pioneering team in Serbia. This position is full time and remote.

 Duties and Responsibilities:

• Working under the supervision of a senior Software Engineer, you will learn software development lifecycle including Agile/SCRUM. You will be assigned backlog items to build functions in collaboration with other engineers or be involved in debugging issues and addressing code defects.

Skills Requirements:

• Experience in writing code in Java, C#/.Net, or PowerShell
• Strong foundation in data structures and algorithms preferred
• Working knowledge in manipulating data from multiple sources, a plus
• Exposure or working knowledge of some of the followings are a plus: Azure Data Factory, Azure Service Fabric, Azure Analytics Service, Azure SQL, COSMOS/Scope, Kusto, PowerBI, and JavaScript
• Bachelor, or higher degree in Computer Science, or Engineering
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
• Strong English communications skills
• Proactive learning & customer focused attitude
